Well laid out and spotless room with a view over the lake. Awesome, stunning location in the great area.

We loved this exceptionally comfortable and fabulous hotel with lake views. We had room which had a high ceiling and a balcony and was spotless. The property was in the remote setting on ocean. Plus, it was close enough to Sooke and Port Renfrew, the river of water and Tourist Attractions. The food in the attached restaurant was outstanding and brilliant.

The hotel was situated in the remote location on the fire pit area. The staff were nice and understanding at this place.

Room was top quality and staff understanding. A bathtub was luxury and everything was good. Great and gorgeous location on the southwest coast of Vancouver island was a plus.

The hotel itself was wonderful and clean with a coffee bar. Remote location was a plus. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was scenic. The room was spotless and had a high ceiling and a balcony. All the employees were courteous and welcoming.

The rooms are modern and high-class, provided with with single queen bed, balcony, as for instance.

It's a pity but the water pressure was poor.

It was a real good stay for a wedding, thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was really good and the view was breathtaking.

Some people working there were not so great.

the hotel was in a marvellous and beautiful location, right off the ocean even on the sunniest mornings. the room was large and stocked, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the free parking was on-site, top-notch service.

The ocean view was incredible and the location was stunning and excellent, so close to the Juan de Fuca trails, Sooke, In fact BC and the waterfront and marina. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast and room service.

This accommodation was in the remote location by the sea front. Actually, the room was well laid out and spotless, it also had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

The service here was top-notch, from the attentive staff at the front desk to the friendly housekeepers who kept our room spotless. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center, where we indulged in rejuvenating massages and beauty treatments. The restaurant and bar offered delicious meals and drinks, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a picturesque waterfront location.

The elevator was intermittently not working, causing inconvenience to guests.

The place was fairly clean with an affable staff who were genuine in their efforts. Had essentials needed in the king room, including coffee/tea making facilities and refrigerators. The bed was very clean, a bath worked well.
